1. Consultation and Assessment
Contact our customer service team to discus your specific ne ds and the type of wood you plan to bring. We’ll provide an initial as es ment and help you understand the benefits of thermal modification for your timber.
2. Scheduling and arrival to our yard
After the as es ment, we’ll schedule your timber delivery. Our team will provide instructions to prepare and transport your timber. This ensures it arrives in the best condition
3. Thermal Modification Process
Upon arrival, your word will undergo our advanced thermal modification proces . We precisely control temperature and humidity to enhance the wood’s properties. This makes the timber more durable and stable.
4. Quality Assurance
After treatment, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the wood. We verify the modification proces ‘s success and ensure the timber is ready for use.
5. Pickup or Delivery
Once your timber has pas ed quality inspection, you can cho se to pick it up from our facility or ar ange for delivery to your specified location. Our team will ensure that your wood is handled with care throughout the process
