Our certificates

The International ThermoWood Association promotes the use of ThermoWood® products, which are wood materials treated with heat to enhance durability and stability. The association sets standards for the production and quality of ThermoWood®, ensuring it is environmentally friendly and sustainable. By supporting innovation and sharing best practices, the association helps expand the use of high-quality, thermally modified wood products like ThermoWood® worldwide.

The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) promotes sustainable forest management through rigorous independent certification. It ensures forests are managed responsibly and tracks certified materials from forest to final product. PEFC certification supports biodiversity, legal compliance, and stakeholder involvement, aiding in forest conservation and climate change mitigation.
